Berylium via IRC?

Saw this Chump bot for IRC that automatically maintains a weblog for an IRC channel. A Beryliumbot could be equally useful.

Here's an example of using the Beryliumbot:

-dc- A: new blog document from ircuser

-dc- A: url is  http://berylium.org/berylium/doc-chump.html

 A:!Chump: a blogging IRC bot

 A:That's a pretty sweet way to make a weblog.

Okay, but here's the sweet spot. IRC is realtime collaborative. So another user on the channel can add comments immediately.
 A:Yea! This idea rocks!
